Poulsbo Yacht Club — Change of Watch (COW)
Join Poulsbo Yacht Club for the annual Change of Watch (COW), the club’s formal leadership transition ceremony. The evening includes a social and light dinner followed by the Change of Watch ceremony and a celebration toast.
